SIS 2000+ Behavior Detail Quick Instructions Last update: 1/13/2001 jmm

This report is located in the Behavior module and provides administrators with a list of Behavior incidents per student for a defined date range. This report is similar to the Behavior History Report but different in that it provides much more detail on each incident. Like the Behavior History Report, each entry in this report displays the student's name and student ID number, incident name, gender, grade level, incident date, ethnicity, behavior incident points, alerts, and behavior reference. In addition, this report will provide extra data fields, such as Notify Who, Action, Penalty information, Remarks, and Locker Information. Also, at the end of each grouping there is an incident counter, and at the end of a report there is a total number of incidents counter. The report is highly customizable through the application of select queries and by manipulating the sorting order.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Attendance | Reports | Behavior Detail Report
2. Click the Options tab and define options.
3. Click the Select tab and define queries.
4. Click the Sort tab and specify sort order.
5. Click the Preview or the Print button.
6. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
