SIS 2000+ Student Birthday List Quick Instructions Last update: 1/13/2001 jmm

This report is located in the Enrollment module and prints a listing of students' birthdays. Optional fields can be added: Student ID, Grade, Teacher, Gender, Ethnicity, Status, Phone, AM Bus, or PM Bus. The report is highly customizable by defining a birthday date range, applying queries to selected data fields, and applying user-defined sorting.

Quick, Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Enrollment | Reports | Student Birthday List
2. Click the Options tab and define options.
3. Click the Select tab and define queries.
4. Click the Sort tab and specify sort order.
5. Click the Preview or the Print button.
6. Click the Quit button to exit the report.
