Student - Name of student. Only students whose number of attendance incidents is equal to or greater than the Threshold value per Periods included and Reasons specified (In Options) on the target date will be retrieved in this list.
ID - Student identification number
Phone - Student's home phone - hyphens removed.
Lang - A code representing the student's Primary Language.
# Abs - Total number of absence codes recorded for the student per Periods included and Reasons specified (In Options).
Period List - A list of periods where absence codes where recorded for this student. If a period is listed more than once it indicates that an absence code entry was changed in that period.
