Step 14, Post & Distribute Marks

The next step in the Mark Reporting process is to post Honor Roll Calculations and print Report Cards. Before proceeding, verify that all previous steps have been completed correctly.

14.1 Calculate and List the Honor Roll
The Honor Roll Calculation & Listing Report (Fig. 132) is used to generate a hardcopy Honor Roll and (optionally) post the results to an Eligibility table that is referenced by Report Cards. (For courses that need to be included into the Honor Roll and Eligibility calculations, the proper selections must have been made in the District Courses application during the Mark Reporting set-up process. If this has not yet been done, refer to Step 6.7.)

14.2 Print Report Cards
Using the Generic Report Card application (Fig. 133), data from the Mark Reporting procedures is consolidated in the form of a one-page report card printed in standard 8 1/2" x 11" letter format. The report is highly customizable through various user-defined options. Through the application of select queries, report cards can be printed for an individual student or for a set of students.
