SIS 2000+ Mark Reporting
Step
7, Define Report Card Comments
Short,
predefined comments can be included on report cards on a per student basis
during the Mark Entry procedures. Report Card Comments are used to save
data entry time when creating individual report cards. In this step, the
Report Card Comments Editor is used to define these comments.
7.1 Open Report Card Comments Editor
From the Mark Reporting Menu click on the Comments icon button. The
Report Card Comments Editor (Fig. 71) will display a list of existing comments
sorted in the order they were added.

Comment' dialog box (Fig. 72). Enter a user defined Code and a short

the list and then clicking on the Edit or Delete command
buttons.
7.5 Print a Comments Legend
A legend of all defined report card comment codes and their descriptions
can be printed by means of a standard SIS 2000+ report. This printout comes
in handy for teachers who are entering bubbled comment numbers in Mark
Reporting scan forms.

& Reporting/Mark Reporting/Report Card Comment Listing" for further
details.
