SIS 2000+ Health
This
program is for defining the choices available in the Results field
in the the Health Screenings program (see
Sec. 7, step 7.3).
There may be many types of medical screening tests available in the
Health Screenings program (see Sec. 7), yet each
type has limited plausible results or outcomes. The Screen Result Edit
program will match a screening test with a plausible result code. The combination
of these matches is called a Result Set. The purpose of defining Result
Sets in this program is to eliminate the chance of selecting a result code
that could not apply to a selected screening test in the Health Screening
program.
8.1 Open Health Screening Result Edit screen (Fig.29)
Click on the Screen Result Edit button in the menu screen of the Health
module.

8.2 Select Screening Description to edit or view
Use the drop-down list in the Screening Description field to
select the screening test to edit or view. These descriptions were pre-defined
in the Health Screening codes table using the Table Editor program during
the configuration of SIS 2000+.
8.3 View Result Sets
8.4.2 Add a Screen(ing) Definition
Using the mouse, drag and drop plausible Available Result Description
from the list in the left column on a blank cell in the Result or Health
Screening columns on the right. The Available Result Description will appear
in the far right column along with the matching Screening Description name
to its immediate left, creating a new Screen(ing) Definition. The result
code assigned will now be an available choice for the selected screening
test in the Health Screenings program. Make sure
this result is a plausible result of the screening test being defined.
8.4.3 Delete a Screen(ing) Definition
Click on the Screening Definition entry to delete. It will be selected
when a small, black right arrow appears in the row header on the left.
Then click on the Delete button at the bottom of the screen. Answer
"Yes" to confirm deletion or "No" to abort.
8.4.4 Edit a Definition
The field buttons on the right hand side of the definition cells are
inactive. The only way to edit definitions is by adding or deleting.
