Sec. 7, Gradebook Reports

Gradebook application contains six integrated reports. These reports are proprietary to Gradebook in the sense that they are generated directly from within the application and not from the standard SIS 2000+ Reports menu.

7.1 Find a teacher
Grade books are set up per teacher. The default teacher selected in the Gradebook Main Form will be the teacher that has logged on. Other teachers may be accessed via the Find command, but only if the user has Site Administrator status. (see Step 2.1 for more details on the Find command)

7.2 Find a Class and Subject
Select parameters in the upper left corner of the Main Form (Fig. 66) to locate the target Class and Subject for reporting.

7.5 Select Print options
Each report type has a specific set of print options to choose from, as follows:

Class List
This report prints a spreadsheet-type listing of all students, all task scores, and final percent and grades. Options allow for printing of the report with or without names and with or without student ID numbers. Every fifth row is shaded to facilitate following students across the report. The report is printed in landscape (wide) mode on the paper.
6.6 Proceed to Preview and Print
After an option is selected for the report selected, click on the Proceed command button to open a print preview of the report, or Cancel to abort.

6.7 Preview and Print
Observe the Print Preview (Fig. 72). If all is satisfactory, click on the exit icon(or press Esc) to close the preview and proceed to the printing. In the dialog box that appears (Fig. 73) answer "Yes" to print or "No" to cancel printing and return to the Main Form.
