Quick Reference Guide Accounts 7 - How to Edit Visitor Meal, Payment and ala Carte Records

Food Service Accounts - Visitor records (Adult and Child), edit mode

Visitor records are created by the use of the Cash Adult and Cash Child Cafeteria buttons, and by use of Volume Sales. A Payment record and a meal or ala Carte record are created each time a Cash button is used or a Volume Sales entry is saved. Remember, especially if a visitor record is being deleted, to delete both the payment and the meal/ala Carte record.

  1. Open Food Service Accounts
  2. Select School
  3. Select Visitor Account
  4. Visitor records display for Today's Date only
  5. Click on Edit to place account into edit mode
  6. Select Payments, Meals or ala Carte records by clicking on the page tab
  7. Payments - click on a payment record to select it, then edit or click on Delete to remove. Click on Add to add a new payment record.
  8. Meals and ala Carte - click on a record to run the Edit Record feature (record may be edited or deleted), or click on Add
  9. Click on Save
  10. Click on Quit
