Sec. 16, Letters & Labels
 

Food Services Reports Letters & Labels combines a Document Editor and mail merge capabilities to produce form letters, account statements, meal cards, mailing labels and consumer barcodes for students, faculty and food service patrons. Generic letters, statements and mailing labels are provided in English and Spanish. All documents are fully editable, and new documents may be created as needed, building a document library specific to your needs. Each document is printed using the student's Home Language (see Student Editor). If the Home Language is not present for a student, the student's Primary Language is used. If neither language is present, English is used as the default document language. Faculty documents are printed using English. Patron documents are printed using the language specified in each patron record.
