Patrons are . . . . .
Patrons are individuals who participate in a school's food services
programs but who are not present in either the Student or Faculty Editors.
These are individuals whose participation is more frequent than that of
an occasional visitor, enough to justify maintaining an account (to
allow prepay and/or charging), or whose meal service must be recorded due
to participation in free/reduced Child Nutrition programs.
Patron consumer types are Student, Faculty, Adult or Child.

11.2.1 Set Optional Data Entry Defaults
Defaults are offered as an aid to data entry. If defaults are
present, the default data is supplied each time a new patron is added.
This is proposed data only and may be overwritten in an individual patron
record. When setting defaults, choose the most commonly used information
for each default. Some or all default fields may be used, and defaults
may be changed at any time.

City, State, Zip Code and Phone -
These are text entry fields. If a default is present, the cursor
automatically positions itself after the last numeral of the default
when the Tab key is used to move to each of these fields. For example,
if the zip code default is "84", then the cursor positions after the "4"
to allow entry of the balance of the zip code.
Lang -
Choose the most commonly used patron language. Language may remain
Unset, both as a default setting and within a patron record. Language
is used when patron documents are printed. If Unset, the English
