Sec. 10, Eligibility Letters & Labels
 

Eligibility Letters & Labels are produced through the Food Services Eligibility Document Editor, which combines a text editor and mail merge to produce eligibility letters and mailing labels. Generic letters and applicant mailing labels are provided in English and Spanish. All document templates are fully editable, and new documents may be created as needed, building a document library specific to your needs. Each document is printed using the Applicant's Language (see Student Editor/Contacts/Food Service Applicant Contact/Contact Language). If the Applicant/Contact language is not present, English is used as the default document language. Documents are produced per Applicant/Household.
