2.1 View Activities summary list
The opening screen of the Activities and Awards program displays a
summary list of activities the student has participated in and awards
they have received. Three data fields are displayed in read-only mode:
Begin Date, Type, and Code. View the entirety of the
list by using the scroll bars, if necessary. To see more details on a selected
entry, go to Step 2.3.
2.2 Sort Activities summary list
By default, the list is sorted in ascending order by the Begin Date
field. The list can be re-sorted in ascending or descending order based
on any of the other fields.

Open the Sort menu (Fig. 4). Select (highlight) a field to sort on in the
upper portion of the menu. The selection can be made by using the arrow
keys, by using a mouse, or by pressing the underlined shortcut letter of
the selection. The Sort menu will automatically close after a selection
is completed. The selected field will become the primary sort field.

Click on any column heading to make that field the primary sort field.
The direction of the sort can then be toggled between ascending and descending
by clicking on the column heading again. Ascending will be indicated by
the small gray up arrow in the column header; descending will be
indicated by a small gray down arrow.
2.3 View Activity/Award Details
The summary list displays only three data fields per activity or award.
More details for each entry can be viewed by activating the edit mode.
2.3.1 Select an activity or award entry
from the list by clicking on the line until it is selected with a small
black arrow (Fig. 9).
2.3.2 Click on the Edit button at
the bottom of the program screen.

entry appears, displaying more data fields (Fig. 7)

2.4 Exit the edit mode
Click on Done to exit the edit mode and return to the summary
list on the main screen.
