SIS 2000+ Student Activities and Awards

Sec. 1, Introduction / Find a Student

The Activities and Awards program is a database for recording the history a student's school related or extra-curricular activities, such as participation in school clubs, sports, projects, etc. Awards received by the student are also included in the database. Each entry can be marked with up to four user defined database flags for reporting purposes.

1.1 Open Activities Program
From the SIS 2000+ Main Menu click on the Enrollment icon button. From the Enrollment Menu click on the Activities icon button.

The opening screen (Fig. 1) defaults to the first "currently active" student in the database of the school site that is logged on, alphabetically by last name. A summary list of the selected student's activities and awards is displayed in the read-only mode. More details of each entry can be viewed in the edit mode.
