SIS 2000+ Student Editor
Digital photographs of the student, in the BMP or JPG formats, can be imported into the student's record and archived by school year.

14.1 Add a picture
14.1.2 Click on the New command button
The 'Add Student Photo' dialog appears (Fig. 118).

14.1.4 Select the File Name of the image to import

When saved, the view will revert to the main 'Pictures' information screen, displaying the new photo.
14.1.6 Exit the edit mode
Click on Done to exit the edit mode.
14.2.2 Select School Year to change
Highlight the school year to change in the list on the left side.
14.2.3 Activate second-level edit mode
Click on the Change button to activate the second-level edit
mode.
The 'Change Student Photo' dialog appears (Fig. 121).

14.2.4 Select a new image file to overwrite the current image
If saved, the view will revert to the 'Pictures' screen in the edit mode with the new image posted.
14.2.6 Exit the edit mode
Click on the Done command button to exit the edit mode.
14.3.2 Select School Year to delete
Highlight the school year to change in the list on the left side.
14.3.3 Click on Delete
In the message box that appears (Fig. 122) answer "Yes" to confirm deletion, or "No" to cancel it.

If "Yes", the view will revert to the 'Pictures' screen in the edit mode. The deleted photo entry will be removed from the list.
14.3.4 Exit the edit mode
Click on the Done command button to exit the edit mode.
| Batch loading photographs -
When large numbers of photos need to be imported, the Image Load application from the Utilities Menu can be used to batch load the images for students or faculty for a specified school year. The images can then be viewed in the individual demographic records in the Student Editor and/or the Faculty Editor respectively. |
