     Charter schools may chose to use this example or may develop their own. If the charter school chooses to use the sample, the charter school must change the "x charter school" to reflect the name of the charter school. Any information in red is an example of a procedure and may be changed to reflect the charter school's procedures. Also, the SLD procedure may be changed to reflect whether the charter school will follow an RTI or discrepancy approach, rather than the combination method described.
