An aptitude/achievement discrepancy calculation software to assist in making learning disabilities qualification decisions. The Utah Estimator is now web-based at estimator.srlonline.org. The general information on the site is accessible to all with no registration requirements. If you are a charter or public school, you will need to create an account which will enable you to run a consultation as part of specific learning disabilities eligibility requirements.
