If accepted as a Utah Principals Academy Fellow I agree to participate in all of the sessions, training and activities with a commitment to actively utilize and share the training and skills. I recognize that this commitment includes taking two or three days per month for the training. I understand that I am responsible for assigned reading and preparation for the monthly sessions.

I understand that all on site costs of the training activities will be paid by Utah Principals Academy. I agree to use district professional development funds, mileage allowances, or a district vehicle for up to 150 miles per session. Utah Principals Academy will reimburse mileage above 150 miles per session in a personal vehicle.
