Achievement Spotlight
Albion Middle School student Doyom (Anna) Park beat out 200 other contestants to the National School Bus Safety Poster Contest sponsored by the National Association of Pupil Transportation. She entered the contest as a sixth grade student in Julie Overholt’s class at Quail Hollow Elementary. As national winner, Anna will receive a $1,000 U.S. Savings bond and her poster will be featured in schools, libraries, police departments and emergency rooms across the country during the 2010-11 school year.
