Make all postings of announcements and documents to utah.gov/pmn/index.html according to Utah Code 52-4-202
If your board will be considering the purchase, exchange, lease, or sale of real property, read Utah Code 52-4-205 careTransparencyfully and consult an attorney before deciding how to announce the meeting.
LEAs will have to publish detailed financial data (the specific elements of which are yet to be determined by the Transparency Advisory Board) by May 15, 2010, in accordance with Utah Code 63A-3-401 through 405. LEAs must either post the data to their own website or work with Utah Interactive to submit data according to the file layout specified by State Finance. The data will eventually be made available to the public at utah.gov/transparent.html. In the meantime, you can keep up with developments at finance.utah.gov/transparency.
