Request EDNET Training

Training is designed to address two important aspects of distance education course delivery over EDNET Interactive Video Conferencing (IVC) for classes and repeating conferences/meetings, as well as ad hoc EDNET IVC conferencing.

  1. Technical usage
  2. Teacher/Faculty pedagogy and presentation concepts

Technical Training

Technical training provides training for technical applications in connection with equipment functionality, course origination/receive site usage, UEN policies, course scheduling aspects, recording and streaming options, and other tools necessary to present and receive courses.

This training is provided by UEN Distance Educational Specialists and is available for EDNET Administrators, EDNET Coordinators and Facilitators.

Teacher/Faculty Training

Teacher/Faculty training provides training regarding pedagogy, instructional development of course materials, presentation tips and concepts.

This training is provided by the USOE Distance Learning Training Specialist and USHE Distance Education Departments and is available for EDNET Teacher/Faculty.
