    Funded by NASA, this highly rated site's objectives are to develop a collective understanding of Earth systems through interdisciplinary, team-based investigations.

  • Natural Resources Defense Council

    Contains information and news about many current issues related to Earth Systems (Safe drinking water, energy, global warming, air, oceans, etc.)

  • Center for Earth & Planetary Studies

    This site is maintained by the Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum. It provides information and photographs about space travel, science information infrastructure, geography from space, etc.

  • A Guide to Environmental Resources on the Internet

    This is a guide to additional environmental resources which can be found on the Internet. Topics address a wide variety of Earth Systems curriculum issues.

    This is a comprehensive online environmental information service.

    The purpose of this site is to disseminate information about environmental education and to promote student investigations of current issues.
