LAB SAFETY

There are just a few common sense things that you must remember. You know like. . .

ALWAYS where eye protection when working with flames, glass, chemicals etc...

NEVER play with matches, lighters, candles, flames etc...

ALWAYS wash you hands after performing an experiment. In fact, it is a good idea to wash your hands frequently.

NEVER SMOKE! We know you are not old enough to smoke, but we figured it wouldn't hurt to put in our two cents worth.

 

Remember!!! Before you do any of the activities or experiments mentioned on this page be sure to ask your parents or teacher for permission and have them help you. Otherwise - who knows what could happen? Click Dr. Heckle's test tubes below for a demonstration

 

 

 

Now list ten safety rules that you should follow when you play scientist dude.
