Magic School Bus at the Waterworks. The Magic School Bus series puts out a book and video on water. The video provides good background information on the water cycle. The book is available in Spanish at the main branch of the Salt Lake City library.

Girasol, Revista de Actividades de Descubrimiento Científico - Agua. A Spanish-English bilingual education program on water for grades 2-5, which has activities about the water cycle as well as on water usage.
