Could It Be True?

Pick a small-scaled environment and make up your own question.

Example: Take a clothes hanger and shape it into a square. Put it outside in an area that is not used and place it under a tree, in the sand, or just about anywhere you would like. Then observe. What changes do you observe? Did a leaf blow in, or a piece of trash? Changes can be both small and large.

Observe carefully for about fifteen minutes a day.

Materials:

  • Magnifying glass
  • Hanger
  • Journal
  • Pen or pencil
  • Thermometer

Record the details in a jounal.
