Ouch! I'm squished.

You are to compare a small-scale environment to a larger environment. THINK with me. If you had plants in a small flowerpot compared to a garden, could you grow the same amount? Would your plants be smaller or larger? Would they produce more or less flowers? These are just some questions to help you form your own hypothesis.

What would happen if you took a squirrel out of the forest and put it into a terrarium?

Answer: The squirrel would die because the environment is too small and it wouldn' t provide the right kinds of food for the squirrel.
