This site provides on-line short movies on topic in science from atoms to whales.  The load time is quite long but the movies provide good explanations of science concepts.  There is a quiz that pops up while the movie loads.  

Ask Jeeves for Kids
This site allows students to ask "Jeeves" questions.  That are answered with a directed navigation.  For kids with a lot of curiosity this is a great place to get answers to questions and learn how to ask questions.

Cool Science

This is a site to get live video feeds from space.
