• High-quality, ongoing PD in 5 critical areas of reading: Phonemic Awareness, Phonics, Fluency, Vocabulary, and Comprehension
• Reading Coach in every school
• Study groups 2x a month
  • Data review and analysis
  • Follow-up on endorsement classes, 5 critical areas, assessments, etc.—based on student and teacher needs
