All courses are taught Thursday night (5 pm- 9 pm), Friday (8:30 am- 3:30 pm) and Saturday (8:30 am- 3:30 pm) over two weekends. Attendance at both sessions is required for college or CACTUS credit.

Courses Fulfilling Endorsement Requirements
Foundations of Algebra for Level 2 Teachers
Highly Recommended for Teachers of Algebra: Focus on Logic and set theory, developing the structure of classical algebra with connections to Euclidean Geometry.
June 22- August 5 Monday and Wednesday 4:15 p.m.-7:15 p.m. 3 credits
Level 2 Teachers will be paid $200 for successful completion of the course.
This course fulfills the Foundations of Algebra requirement for a Level 3 Mathematics endorsement.

Topics in Number and Operation for Middle School Teachers
Highly Recommended for Teachers of Middle School: Focus on a conceptual framework for mathematics, the real number system from a mature perspective, and the concepts of number and operation.
June 30-August 6 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 2:45 to 4:45 3 credits
Level 3 and 4 teachers will be paid $200 for successful completion of the course. This course fulfills the Mathematics for Elementary Teachers I requirement for the Level 2 endorsement.
