1. How do I sign in to OnTrack?

Go to usoe.truenorthlogic.com and enter your login information. Your username is your firstname.lastname (no spaces and exactly as it appears on your teaching license). Your pass-word is your CACTUS ID number. If you have issues logging in, there are help options available to you on that page.

2. How can I view my transcript?

You can view your transcript by going to the OnTrack homepage (after you have logged in). Once on the homepage there are two buttons at the bottom of the screen; you will need to click on the right button, View My Transcript.

3. How do I know which courses I am registered for? How do I withdraw from a course?

You can view the courses you are registered for by going to the OnTrack homepage (after you have logged in). Once on the homepage, there are two buttons at the bottom of the screen; you will need to click on the left button, My Courses. You can withdraw from courses on this screen, as well.

4. How do I register for a course?

To access the OnTrack catalog, click on the yellow tab, Professional Learning. You can search for a specific course or view all courses available to you by selecting the List All button.

5. How do I change my e-mail Address in OnTrack?

On the homepage (after you have logged in) at the top of the page there is a Sign Out button and also a My Profile button. Click the My Profile button and then the Edit button on the next page. You may change or update your password, e-mail address, demographics, and locations from this page.

USOE Credit

  • This credit meets the professional development standards set forth by the Utah State Office of Education. Some districts will count USOE credit for a salary lane change. This credit can also be used for relicensure points. The credit will be awarded to the OnTrack transcript by the facilitator of the course. The credit must be posted on the OnTrack transcript.

Relicensure Points

  • This credit does not meet the Utah State Office of Education professional development standards to receive USOE credit. This credit is still valid for license renewal. The facilitator of the course would need to create the course in OnTrack for the credit to be posted on the OnTrack transcript. This credit can be posted on OnTrack, but it is not required.

Higher Ed Credit

  • This credit is posted on an accredited university transcript, and can be used for district lane change credit, relicensure points, and higher education credit. The credit does not have to be posted on OnTrack, but the facilitator of the course may choose to do so.

District Credit

  • This credit is a district option; individual districts have their own guidelines.

7. How do I access a course survey?

Once you have logged onto the OnTrack homepage, you will find two buttons at the bottom of the screen. Select the right button View My Transcript. Select the Take Survey button in the first column of the course row.
