EDNET the power of Learning
WHAT'S NEW IN DISTANCE LEARNING

IP Video Migration
You have probably heard that EDNET sites are being converted to IVC. IVC is “Interactive Video Conferencing.” In other words, our EDNET sites are being converted over to Interactive Videoconferencing Sites using the Internet. Sounds interesting—but will it make EDNET different? Probably a little bit, but it will still be EDNET and teachers and students will still be able to see and talk to each other in their various classes. EDNET started in 1987 and is changing over from the “Legacy” analog video technology to IVC. It’s still the same concept of videoconferencing and distance learning—Any Time, Any Place, Any Path, Any Pace!. Check out the IP video site at UEN to learn more.
