Program Application
To apply for 2008-2009 MESA funds, currently funded districts must complete all parts of the end-of-year report, and submit the original district copy with 10 additional copies and one copy of each individual school report by 2:00 p.m., June 11, 2008 to:

MESA Funding Application Process
Once the application is received it will go through the following process:
- Selection Committee reviews applications and gives a rating on each.
- Selection Committee will rank the applications.
- Selection of participants is based on quality of information provided in the application in compliance with criteria established by The Utah State Board of Education.
- Selections will be presented to the Utah Superintendent of State for final approval.
- The USOE finance committee will authorize payment of funds to the district.
- Preliminary notification will be followed by final notification via letters to district superintendents and district administrators by the by both the State Superintendent and the State MESA Coordinator.
