2007-2008 Arts Education Survey Form– Read carefully.
Encouragement is extended to all principals to complete and submit the survey by the end of February.  The more who participate, the more valuable the information is.  All completed surveys go into a $1000 drawing.  The survey is a form you complete using the Acrobat Reader program.  You must make sure to open it up in Acrobat Reader.  When you have completed the form, save a copy.  Attach the saved copy and e-mail to: timbothell@q.com      Elementary Survey       Secondary Survey

2006-2007 Report on the Status of Arts Education in Utah Schools
These are the first official Statewide Arts Education surveys conducted in Utah. Their purpose is to establish a measure of the status of Arts Education in Utah Schools.   This will provide guidance in making important decisions for the betterment of Arts Education in Utah.  The surveys were developed, administered, and compiled by Bothell Assessment and Research Services in collaboration with the State of Utah Office of Education and the Utah Arts Council.  Thanks is expressed to all who contributed to the survey the first year.
