Overview | Recommended Resources RAM is a new initiative that emerged during a Think Tank held in June 2002 at Daniels Summit. Participants included representatives from the State Legislature, the Board of Regents, the State Board of Education, artistic companies, higher education, public schools, and business. RAM recognizes the importance of active engagement in the arts for arts sake but also recognizes the arts as the most fertile ground for developing the emotional and social well-being of students, and as a sensational tool for engaging students in learning other subjects.
