Registration Deadline:

All registrations must be received by Nov 1, 2002. Register early because sessions are limited to 50 participants per session in most cases. Participants may register for one or two days.

Lodging:

Reserve your room(s) at the hotel immediately. If problems arise, the reservation can be cancelled within the hotel's regulations. Tell the agent you are with the USOE Arts Networking Conference when you ask for the state rate ($63+tax per night). No block of rooms has been reserved, so we recommend that you guarantee yourself a room early. Hotel reservation deadline at Marriott: Nov. 1, 2002. Call: 1-800-777-7144. When making reservations for more than one participant, please give all names of your group to agent (in case of an emergency while attending the conference). Book early!

Cost:

Incentives:
1. Bring a School Team and pay $125 for entire conference.
A School Team = a principal and 3 or 4 teachers. A smart plan might be assigning team members to an artform: art, dance, drama, and music. In schools under 7 teachers, a School Team = a principal and 1 or 2 teachers, and total is $75.
2. First team from each district to return completed registration forms and fees will receive $20 in teacher resources.

Admission: $23 per day per person or $45.00 for both days. Make checks/money orders payable to: UAAHE -- (not USOE!). Checks written to USOE will be returned for correction. No refunds after Nov. 22nd. Mail check with registration form to:

Credit:

Re-Licensure points: One point per hour of attendance.
State Inservice Credit:
1. 1.0 total semester hour of @ .5 per day, when successfully completed attendance sheet and report on students' achievement are received.
2. 1.0 to 2.0 semester hours of additional State Inservice credit possible when a project that will be described during the conference is completed.

Fill out the Registration Form and make sure to mark your session preferences with preference number on the line to the left of the item. (We select room size, order meals, and print materials according to your choices.)
Please make a copy of the completed registration because no confirmation will be sent. Meals are shown together each day - please mark if you intend to join us. At registration you will receive session tickets to reflect your preferences.
