  The Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE) is the largest national education association dedicated to the advancement of education that prepares youth and adults for careers.

• Family & Consumer Sciences Education Association (FACSE)

  The Family and Consumer Sciences Education Association is a voluntary organization of Family and Consumer Sciences educators and others associated with or interested in Family and Consumer Sciences instruction in schools and colleges. Family and Consumer Sciences educators are dedicated to helping each individual help himself or herself through a better understanding and control of family and community life. They work to improve the quality of  Family and Consumer Sciences instruction and to broaden the scope of the curriculum. 

• Utah Association for Career and Technical Education (UACTE)

  UACTE has been providing leadership and advocacy for career and technical education programs and professionals since 1929. The organization is an affiliate of the national organization Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE).

• Utah Association of Family & Consumer Sciences (UAFCS)

  The Utah Association of Family and Consumer Sciences is a state affiliate of the American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences (AAFCS). AAFCS was founded in 1909. UAFCS is a non-profit professional organization whose purpose is to improve the quality of individual and family life.
