To submit a lesson plan, you must be a registered user on UEN. Then, from your private UEN page, you can use the "Lesson Plan Creation Tool." Upon completion of the lesson plan, submit it by E-mailing its Web address to thalea [dot] longhurst [at] schools [dot] utah [dot] gov (Thalea Longhurst) . If the CTE Introduction Health Science Education Committee approves it, it will be posted to the Web. Click to view the lesson plan format. This shows the lesson plan template and associated data entry fields that must be completed for submission.
