Upon completion of the lesson plan, submit it by E-mailing its Web address to pearl [dot] hart [at] schools [dot] utah [dot] gov (Pearl Hart) . If the CTE Introduction Family & Consumer Sciences Education Committee approves it, it will be posted to the Web. Click to view the lesson plan format. This shows the lesson plan template and associated data entry fields that must be completed for submission.
