Grant Applications In order to receive state CTE Introduction funding, all junior high/middle schools providing the 7th grade CTE Introduction program must annually submit a CTE Introduction Implementation Plan during the first rotation of CTE Introduction (due to USOE October 15th of each year). This Plan includes a check-off list of standards and objectives. Schools will keep a copy of this Plan and submit it completed with the End of Year Summary check-off by June 15th each year. The Plan includes a Proposed Budget in October and a Final Budget at the end of the year. CTE Implementation Plans will be reviewed annually by the state specialist. Grants that receive a NOT MET rating on any section will be disapproved for funding the following year.
