Minimum Endorsement Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, and
- Existing Secondary Education License, and
- Transcripts showing sixty-three (63) semester credits completed from the required course list. See below.
Minimum SAEP Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, and
- Existing Secondary Education License, and
- An assignment that requires the requested endorsement, and
- Transcripts showing a minimum of thirty-two (32) hours of completed course work related to the requested endorsement, and
- A plan submitted to and approved by the state specialist outlining all requirements and when/where they will be (or have been) fulfilled.

- Accounting - 3 credits
- Business Law - 3 credits
- Business Writing or Technical Writing - 3 credits
- Finance - 3 credits
- Macro, Global, International Economics - 3 credits
- Microeconomics - 3 credits
- Management - 3 credits
- Marketing - 3 credits
Required Courses - Business Information Technology
- Computer Information Literacy (CIL) Class or Exam - 3 credits
- Database (beyond CIL) - 1 credit
- Digital Media/Graphics Applications - 1 credit
- Keyboarding Class or Exam – 35 wpm - 1 credit
- Spreadsheets (beyond CIL) - 1 credit
- Web Page Design - 3 credits
- Word Processing (beyond CIL) - 1 credit
Elective Courses - Business Information Technology
- Information Technology
- Network Administration/LAN Management
- Operating Systems Windows Applications
- PC Hardware and Software
- Other courses may qualify, but require pre-approval by the USOE business education specialist
