Agency services provides support and technical assistance to the Utah State Office of Education (USOE). This includes:

The Statewide Student Identifier (SSID) System is web-based and provides a unique, numeric identifier for each student enrolled in a public school. Administration of this identifier is provided by the student's Local Education Agency (LEA), where it is used in SIS, Data Clearinghouse, Testing, and Warehouse data.
