Data Clearinghouse
The major goal of the Clearinghouse Database is to gather specific information at specific times of the year on students for use in producing reports at the USOE level. These reports are sent to the districts for confirmation or verification purposes. Districts need to see that the required data elementSs are captured locally and transmitted in the specified format to USOE for loading into the Clearinghouse. The internet can be used for transmitting the data file(s). NOTE: All PDF links below require Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Data Clearinghouse Update Transactions (School Year 2009-2010: PDF Format): Includes new and changed data elements districts must submit for the 2009-2010 school year - beginning with the 2009-2010 Year End upload (Summer 2010).
