Charter Conversion Documents
In compliance of 53A-1a-501.8, the State Charter School Board shall enter into a charter agreement with each school operating under a charter issued by the State Board of Education. The Charter Conversion Documents provides information needed prepare to execute this agreement. Note: If you are seeking amendments to the charter that is currently in place with the State Board of Education, please include those amendments with these documents.
