New Graduates from Utah Institutions
Applicants need to verify with the institutions from which they graduated that their file is complete. Applicants also need to verify whether they are to complete the on-line procedure to obtain a copy of their license or if their file was forwarded to the State Office of Education to process.
If you have been advised by the institution to complete the on-line procedure, you will immediately be able to print a copy of your license. Please note, you will not be mailed a copy from the State Office of Education if you complete this procedure. If you are unable to complete the on-line procedure, contact your institutions.
