New Graduates from Education Programs at Utah Institutions
The information below is for individuals that have completed a licensure program/education program at a Utah Institution.
Applicants need to verify with the institutions from which they graduated that their file is complete. Applicants also need to verify whether they are to complete the on-line procedure to obtain a copy of their license or if their file was forwarded to the State Office of Education to process.
If you have been advised by the institution to complete the on-line procedure, you will immediately be able to print a copy of your license. Please note, you will not be mailed a copy from the State Office of Education if you complete this procedure. If you are unable to complete the on-line procedure, contact your institutions.
