State Assessment for Paraprofessionals
The following are options for meeting the state assessment for the federal NCLB mandate. Candidate must pass one of the two approved assessment tests.

Must have a passing score of 460
- Western Governors
University Test
You must have the following scores in the the areas listed below to in order to pass the test:
Language Arts and Reading - 51%
Mathematics - 53%
Or complete the Portfolio Assessment (PDF) (This only available to those hired before January 8, 2002.)
