English Endorsement
Professional Developments, College Course Work, Demonstrated Competency
This endorsement may be attached to an Educator License with an Elementary, Secondary, or Special Education area of concentration. A person with a Grades 1-8 Educator License who completes the requirements for the English Endorsement
will be Highly Qualified to teach English in Grades 7 & 8. A person with a Grades 6-12 Educator License who completes the requirements for the English Endorsement will be Highly Qualified to teach English in Grades 6-12.

- Mark the boxes with an “X” to indicate that the minimum requirement in each area has been met.
- Attach your original transcript(s), and highlight corresponding classes. Internet transcripts are not acceptable.
- Send the highlighted transcript, $40 processing fee, and completed form to:
