ESL Endorsement
Professional Developments, College Course Work, Demonstrated Competency
A teacher must have a current Educator License with an Elementary, Secondary or Special Education area of concentration.

Complete the following as you apply for a ESL Endorsement:
- Print Endorsement Form - PDF
- On the endorsement form, mark the boxes with an "X" to indicate that the requirement in each area has been met.
- Attach your original transcript(s), and highlight corresponding classes.
- Send the highlighted transcript, $40 processing fee, and completed form to:
