Elementary Fine Arts Curriculum Endorsement (Level I)
in Art, Dance, Drama or Music
The Fine Arts Elementary Curriculum Endorsement is for classroom teachers who are skilled in an artform; who desire to develop expertise in helping students develop the skills and understanding required in the Art, Dance, Drama, or Music Core Curriculum; and who are willing to provide arts leadership in their schools. Candidates will choose workshops, conferences, courses and activities as needed to successfully build the capacity to demonstrate to an evaluator the required skills and knowledge to teach in the selected art form.
This endorsement program is only available to currently employed K-6 classroom teachers through their local District Arts Coordinator.
Minimum Requirements:
