The Journalism Endorsement may be attached to an Educator License with an Elementary, Secondary, or Special Education area of concentration.

Complete the following as you apply:
- Print Endorsement Form - PDF
- Mark the boxes with an “X” to indicate that the minimum requirement in each area has been met.
- Attach your original transcript(s), and highlight corresponding classes. Internet transcripts are not acceptable.
- Send the highlighted transcript, $40 processing fee, and completed form to:
