Reading Endorsement 1 may be attached to an Educator License with an Elementary, Secondary, or Special Education area of concentration.

- Mark the boxes with an “X” to indicate that the minimum requirement in each area has been met.
- Attach your original transcript(s), and highlight corresponding classes. Internet transcripts are not acceptable.
