When you click on the Display Users menu item under tools, you will immediately see two sub-items, By User and By Group. Clicking on either one displays a grid of all the users defined to CACTUS. The only difference is that in one grid the sort is done by user in alphabetical order by last name and in the other grid the sort is by group name (Admin, Back, Disuins etc.)
Data Items Displayed
User Id (first initial, last name)
User Name (text, actual name, first, middle, last)
Group Name (from user group list)
Dist/Div (the district or USOE division number of the user)
Validation Rules
There is no automatic validation. You must enforce standards outlined in the Data Items Displayed above as you enter information.
How this window works
You can insert, add to end of the list, or delete a row by first right clicking on the grid. Save and exit in the standard manner.
